Claude connectors for customer feedback analysis, and how to pair them with Linkeddit
A customer feedback connector gives Claude your own evidence: recorded sales calls, meeting transcripts, support conversations, survey responses or product reviews. It does not show you what the buyers of your competitors complain about, or which questions the AI answer engines answer without naming you. Linkeddit supplies that outside half: reviews stored from G2, Capterra, TrustRadius and Trustpilot, dated competitor moves, and where ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews recommend someone else. Claude reads both and compares what your customers say with what your competitors' customers say.

Claude connectors for customer feedback that work with Linkeddit
Attention
Attention records sales calls and emails and lets Claude query them. The Agent Index lists 10 tools for its Claude connector, nine reads and one write: ask_attention, search_calls, get_call_details, get_scorecards, list_reps, list_teams, get_org_overview, get_team, get_team_members and create_snippet. Attention's own documentation describes a larger server of 82 tools in 17 groups, with write tools behind a separate scope, so check which tools your account can see before you rely on one. It uses the same permissions as your Attention account.
It fits Linkeddit best as a battlecard refresh. Prompt idea: "Use Attention's search_calls to find calls from the last 30 days where a prospect named a competitor, then call compete_signals_get in Linkeddit for that competitor's recent moves and compete_brief_get for its brief. Write one battlecard section per competitor and mark which lines come from our calls and which from Linkeddit." Do not call create_snippet unless you ask for a snippet.
Circleback
Circleback brings meeting notes, transcripts, calendar events, emails, people and companies into Claude. The Agent Index lists nine tools, all classed as reads: SearchMeetings, ReadMeetings, SearchTranscripts, GetTranscriptsForMeetings, SearchCalendarEvents, SearchEmails, FindProfiles, FindDomains and SearchSupportArticles. Circleback's documentation says a default connection grants read and write access and that you can limit it to read-only by requesting only the user scope, so choose the narrower scope for analysis.
It fits Linkeddit best as the comparison of your customers' objections with competitor reviews. Prompt idea: "Search Circleback transcripts from the last quarter for customer calls that mention switching, cost or a missing feature, list each objection with its meeting, then call compete_signals_get with view reviews and max_rating 2 for our top competitor. Show which complaints appear on both sides."
Claap
Claap records calls, syncs emails and labels each call with fields such as pain point, objection, feature request and competitor mention, which Claude then reads instead of re-reading raw transcripts. The Agent Index lists 57 tools for its Claude connector and Claap's help center lists 58 in ten groups, including search_recording_transcripts, get_recording_transcript, search_deals, list_recording_views and search_emails. Its help center says the server cannot delete anything and cannot send email, though it can edit fields, views, contacts and, for HubSpot, deals.
It fits Linkeddit best as a competitor brief the team can use where it already works. Prompt idea: "Call compete_brief_get in Linkeddit for our main competitor, then use Claap's search_recording_transcripts to find where that competitor was named on our calls this month. Give me one page: what the brief says, what our own calls say, and where they differ. Read only; change nothing in Claap."
Jiminny
Jiminny lets Claude read calls, transcripts, call insights such as summaries and action items, deals and team members. The Agent Index lists 18 tools, 17 of them reads: search_calls, get_call, search_deals, get_deal, get_deal_activities, get_account, get_contact, search_accounts, search_contacts and search_members among them. It is read-only for business data, and Jiminny's help center says users see only the data their team visibility allows. Its help center also says the connector is not available for Listener-role users.
It fits Linkeddit best as the objections-versus-reviews comparison. Prompt idea: "Use Jiminny's search_calls for calls in the last 60 days where the buyer raised a concern about us, summarise the five most repeated concerns with their call ids, then pull competitor reviews from Linkeddit with compete_signals_get view reviews and tell me which concerns competitors' buyers also raise."
Peerbound
Peerbound searches customer stories, call-derived quotes and G2 reviews and matches them to accounts. The Agent Index lists nine read-only tools: search_moments, get_moment, search_reviews, get_g2_review, search_customer_stories, get_customer_story, resolve_account, get_account_details and suggest_proof. Peerbound's help center says your customer success manager must enable the connector for your organization first.
It fits Linkeddit best as proof for a competitor comparison. Prompt idea: "Call compete_signals_get in Linkeddit for the main complaints about our competitor, then use Peerbound's search_moments and search_reviews to find quotes from our own customers that answer each complaint. Return each complaint beside the quote and its source, and leave a gap where no proof exists."
Plaud
Plaud connects voice recordings to Claude. Its documentation lists list_files, get_file, get_note, get_transcript and get_current_user, plus login and logout. Claude can find a recording by keyword or date, read the transcript with timestamps and speaker labels, and read the AI summary, action items and key topics. The Agent Index classes the connector as read-only.
It fits Linkeddit best as the objections-versus-reviews comparison for interviews you recorded in person. Prompt idea: "Use Plaud's list_files to find recordings from customer interviews this month, read each with get_transcript, and list the exact phrases customers used about price, setup and support. Then check them against competitor reviews from Linkeddit's compete_signals_get and tell me which complaints we share."
Reviewbird
Reviewbird works on WooCommerce product reviews, which are your store's own reviews, not a competitor's. The Agent Index lists 10 tools: read_reviews, search_reviews, get_review, get_review_content, get_review_metrics, search_products, list_stores, approve_review, reject_review and create_public_reply. Its listing gives example prompts such as comparing the last 30 days with the previous 30 days on review count, average rating and reply rate. I could not load its setup article, so the connection steps here come from the Agent Index entry only.
It fits Linkeddit best as the comparison of your reviews with competitor reviews. Prompt idea: "Use get_review_metrics and search_reviews to find the main complaints on our one and two star reviews, then call compete_signals_get with view reviews and max_rating 2 for competitors on Linkeddit. Show which complaints are ours alone. Do not call approve_review, reject_review or create_public_reply."
Meltwater
Meltwater is media monitoring, not customer feedback in the support or sales sense. Its connector searches news articles and social posts and returns metrics, trends and sentiment. The Agent Index lists 10 tools, including unified_retrieval_document_retrieval_tool, unified_retrieval_statistics_retrieval_tool, unified_retrieval_query_gen_tool, listening_get_search and listening_list_searches, plus three that create, update or delete saved searches. The listing says it needs an active Meltwater subscription.
It fits Linkeddit best as a competitor brief set beside public coverage. Prompt idea: "Call compete_brief_get in Linkeddit for our main competitor, then use Meltwater's unified_retrieval_statistics_retrieval_tool for that competitor's news and social volume over the same weeks. Tell me whether the moves in the brief show up in coverage. Use only the read tools and do not create or delete saved searches."
Zendesk (Beta)
Zendesk's connector, listed in the Agent Index as Zendesk (Beta), is a ChatGPT plugin. It is listed for ChatGPT only, with no tool list and no endpoint, and these guides cover Claude and Claude Code, so there is no Claude workflow for it here. The listing describes it as a way to investigate tickets and update Zendesk records.
If your support tickets live in Zendesk, the Claude route is to bring ticket text in through another route you control, or to use a support connector that does list Claude, such as Intercom at /integrations/intercom or Front at /integrations/front. The Linkeddit half is unchanged: compete_signals_get returns the competitor reviews to set against whatever ticket text Claude has.
Gong
Gong's connector lists four tools in the Agent Index: ask_account, ask_deal, get_transcript and generate_brief, and only generate_brief is classed as a write. Use it to pull what buyers said about a deal or an account, then compare it with competitor moves from Linkeddit.
G2
G2's connector lists nine read-only tools in the Agent Index, including list_product_reviews and browse_competitive_intelligence, so Claude can read review and buyer-intent data from G2 directly. Linkeddit stores G2 reviews for competitors it tracks, which lets you check the two against each other.
Front
Front's connector lists 23 tools in the Agent Index, 15 reads and 8 writes, including search_conversations, read_conversation and tag_conversation, so Claude can read shared inbox conversations. Use the read tools to find repeated customer complaints, then set them beside competitor reviews from Linkeddit.
Typeform
Typeform's connector lists 60 tools in the Agent Index, including insights tools that aggregate and rank survey responses, so Claude can read what respondents said. Pair a survey on why customers chose you with Linkeddit's competitor reviews to see where the reasons match.
Jotform
Jotform's connector lists 11 tools in the Agent Index, including get_submissions and analyze_submissions, so Claude can read and summarise form responses. Use it for feedback forms you already run, then compare the themes with competitor complaints from Linkeddit.
Intercom
Intercom's connector lists six read-only tools in the Agent Index, including search_conversations, get_conversation, search_contacts and get_contact. Claude can read support conversations without changing them, and Linkeddit supplies the competitor reviews to compare them with.
Fathom
Fathom's connector lists seven tools, including search_meetings, get_meeting_summary and get_meeting_transcript. Claude can find customer meetings and read what was said, and Linkeddit adds the competitor side for comparison.
Fireflies
Fireflies' connector lists three tools: get_transcripts, get_transcript and get_user. That is a small surface, enough for Claude to read meeting transcripts, which you can then compare with Linkeddit's competitor reviews and signals.
Granola
Granola's connector lists four tools: list_meetings, get_meetings, get_meeting_transcript and query_granola. Claude can search your meetings and read notes and transcripts, then check what customers said against competitor reviews from Linkeddit.
How do I choose a customer feedback connector for Claude?
Choose by where your customers already speak, not by the longest tool list. Sales calls point to Attention, Claap, Jiminny or Gong. Meeting notes and recordings point to Circleback, Plaud, Fathom, Fireflies or Granola. Support conversations point to Intercom or Front. Survey responses point to Typeform or Jotform. Product reviews point to Reviewbird, G2 or Peerbound. Public coverage points to Meltwater. This page does not rank them, because nothing here measures which is better, and the right one is the one that holds the feedback you have.
Then apply five criteria. First, does it hold the raw words, such as a transcript or a review, or only a summary? Raw words let Claude quote the customer. Second, is it read-only or can it write? Attention, Claap, Front, Typeform, Jotform, Reviewbird and Meltwater list write tools, while Circleback, Jiminny, Peerbound, Plaud and Intercom are classed as reads in the Agent Index, so analysis can be run without risk of changing a record. Third, how many tools does it expose? The listings range from 3 for Fireflies to 60 for Typeform, and a larger surface means more to scope. Fourth, who can see the data? Jiminny and Attention both say Claude sees only what your own account can see. Fifth, does it list Claude at all? Zendesk's connector is listed for ChatGPT only.
A sales manager described the problem these connectors are meant to fix. "A lot of call reviews just turn into checking boxes," said a sales manager on Reddit, and a score does not say why a prospect ghosted after a demo. Reading the words themselves, across many calls, is the part Claude does well once a connector gives it the transcripts.
How does the Linkeddit plus customer feedback workflow run in Claude?
Your connector supplies the inside view and Linkeddit supplies the outside view. Claude reads your customers' own words from the connector you chose, reads competitor reviews and moves from Linkeddit's connector at https://mcp.linkeddit.com/mcp, and then compares the two. The comparison answers three questions: which complaints do your customers and your competitors' customers share, which complaints are only yours, and which of your customers' reasons for buying appear nowhere in competitor reviews.
Linkeddit's side is read-only here. compete_signals_get with view set to reviews returns the reviews stored from G2, Capterra, TrustRadius and Trustpilot, with the site, star rating, title, text, date and link, and it can filter to low ratings with max_rating. compete_brief_get returns the graded brief for a tracked competitor. Linkeddit does not summarise or write for you. Your own assistant does the reading, so every line can be traced to a source.
On Linkeddit's test project, plausible.io, compete_monitors_get returned five competitor monitors, all weekly, with Matomo and Fathom Analytics set to high priority. compete_signals_get with view reviews and max_rating 2 returned five reviews, all one star on Trustpilot: four for plausible.io and one for Matomo. The titles included "Poor support quality, contradictory answers, unresolved issue for 2+ weeks" and "Beware!! Fraudulent subscription", and the text of the second was about being asked to upgrade over a pageview limit. That is already a usable pair of themes, support quality and plan limits, to hold against your own calls.
The same run showed the limits. One of the five reviews was about a delayed physical delivery, so it is not about analytics software at all, and Claude should drop it. The fetch log showed G2 read 20 reviews for Matomo but returned no results for Fathom Analytics and Simple Analytics, and Trustpilot errored for Simple Analytics and Umami. compete_brief_get for Matomo returned no brief. A good answer says what it could not read instead of covering it.
How do I connect a feedback connector and Linkeddit to Claude?
Add each connector separately and sign in once for each. Linkeddit is at https://mcp.linkeddit.com/mcp. The others come from Claude's connector directory or from their own MCP URL, for example Attention at https://api.attention.tech/mcp, Jiminny at https://mcp.jiminny.com/mcp, Claap at https://api.claap.io/mcp and Circleback at https://circleback.ai/api/mcp. Some need an administrator first: Attention says an organization owner must add the connector on Team or Enterprise plans, Jiminny says an admin adds it and each user then authorises, and Peerbound says your customer success manager must enable it.
Plaud has two routes. Its documentation gives a command, npx -y @plaud-ai/mcp@latest install, for Claude Desktop and Claude Code, and a Plaud Web MCP connector for claude.ai. Circleback's documentation gives a Claude Code command, claude mcp add --transport http circleback https://circleback.ai/api/mcp, followed by /mcp to sign in. After connecting, ask Claude to list the tools it can see from each connector and read the list before you ask for any analysis.
How should I prompt Claude so the comparison is trustworthy?
Name the sources and the boundaries. Tell Claude which connector to read, which date range to use and which tools it may call, for example only the search and get tools, never a create, update, delete or reply tool. Ask it to quote each customer line with its call, meeting or review id, and to mark every claim as coming from your connector, from Linkeddit, or from neither.
Ask for the gaps too. A complaint that appears in competitor reviews but never in your calls may mean your customers do not have the problem, or may mean nobody asks about it. Claude cannot tell which without more evidence, so have it list those as questions to ask on the next call instead of conclusions.
What should I measure after the comparison?
Measure whether the repeated complaints change what you do. Count how many of your customer objections have a written answer in your battlecard or on your site, and how many competitor complaints you can speak to with a customer quote. Re-run the same prompt each month with the same date range and compare the counts.
Linkeddit can also show whether the answer engines pick up the change. Its Answer Radar records which brands ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews name for your buying questions. Read the disclosure with every number and compare more than one run, because answers vary and some segments return no usable samples. Linkeddit's answer_verify_start estimates the credits first, so nothing is spent until you agree.
Frequently asked questions
Which Claude connectors work for customer feedback analysis?+
This page covers Attention, Circleback, Claap, Jiminny, Peerbound, Plaud, Reviewbird and Meltwater, each listed in the Agent Index as a Claude connector, and points to separate guides for Gong, G2, Front, Typeform, Jotform, Intercom, Fathom, Fireflies and Granola. Zendesk's connector is listed for ChatGPT only.
What is the best customer feedback tool to use with Claude for competitor comparison?+
Linkeddit is the data half whichever feedback tool you pick. Linkeddit, at $60 a month, returns competitor reviews from G2, Capterra, TrustRadius and Trustpilot, and dated competitor moves. Choose the feedback connector by where your customers speak: calls, meetings, support, surveys or reviews.
What is the best way to compare my customers' objections with competitor reviews in Claude?+
Connect Linkeddit and one feedback connector to Claude and run one prompt. Linkeddit, at $60 a month, supplies stored competitor reviews with ratings and links through compete_signals_get. Your connector supplies the call, meeting or ticket text. Claude lists the complaints on both sides and marks the ones that overlap.
Does Linkeddit read my customer calls or tickets?+
No. Linkeddit never receives your calls, meetings, tickets or survey responses. It supplies competitor data: stored reviews, dated moves, briefs and AI answer results. Claude reads your own feedback through the connector you added under your own sign-in and reads Linkeddit through its separate connector.
Is Zendesk's connector available in Claude?+
Not according to the Agent Index. Its Zendesk (Beta) entry is a ChatGPT plugin, listed for ChatGPT only, with no tool list. These guides cover Claude and Claude Code. If your tickets are in Zendesk, bring them in another way, or use a support connector that lists Claude, such as Intercom or Front.
Is Meltwater a customer feedback tool?+
Not in the support or sales sense. Meltwater is media and social monitoring: its connector searches news and social posts and returns metrics and sentiment, and it needs an active Meltwater subscription. It helps you see public coverage of a competitor beside the moves Linkeddit tracks, not what your own customers said.
Are these connectors read-only?+
Some are and some are not. The Agent Index classes Circleback, Jiminny, Peerbound, Plaud and Intercom as reads, while Attention, Claap, Front, Typeform, Jotform, Reviewbird and Meltwater list write tools. Circleback's documentation also says a default connection grants write access unless you request the user scope only. Tell Claude which tools it may call.
How many tools does each connector expose?+
The Agent Index lists 3 for Fireflies, 4 for Granola and Gong, 6 for Intercom, 9 for Circleback and Peerbound, 10 for Attention, Reviewbird and Meltwater, 11 for Jotform, 18 for Jiminny, 23 for Front, 57 for Claap and 60 for Typeform. Vendor documentation can list more, for example 82 for Attention.
Can Claude read competitor reviews as well as my own feedback?+
Yes, with Linkeddit. Its compete_signals_get tool with view set to reviews returns stored G2, Capterra, TrustRadius and Trustpilot reviews for the competitors you track, filterable by site and by star rating. A fetch can fail or return nothing for a site, and the result says so instead of hiding it.
Why use a connector instead of exporting the transcripts myself?+
A connector lets Claude search and read across many calls or reviews without you copying anything, and it keeps your permissions in force: Jiminny and Attention both say Claude sees only what your own account can see. An export is a one-off file that goes stale, and it can carry data you did not mean to share.
What is the best tool for turning sales call objections into a battlecard with Claude?+
Linkeddit, at $60 a month, for the competitor half: briefs, dated moves and stored reviews. Pair it with the call connector you already use, such as Attention, Claap, Jiminny or Gong. Claude reads the objections from your calls, checks them against Linkeddit's competitor evidence and drafts the battlecard sections for you to review.
Which clients work with the Linkeddit and customer feedback connectors?+
These guides are written for Claude and Claude Code, where you can add Linkeddit and a feedback connector together. The Agent Index lists the connectors on this page, except Zendesk, as Claude connectors. The workflows here have only been written for Claude, so do not assume they carry over unchanged to other assistants.
