 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Linkeddit's website at https://linkeddit.com ("Website") and services provided by Pavado Technologies Inc., based in Ontario, Canada, which operates Linkeddit ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Website and services, you agree to these Terms.
 
 1. Description of Service
 
 Linkeddit is a demand and competitor intelligence platform. It includes Compete (a weekly brief on competitors' launches, pricing, messaging and other moves, plus their customers' public reviews), Answer Radar (how AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google's AI features answer the buying questions in your category) and Search (Google rankings for the keywords you track). The services are available in the web app and through the Linkeddit MCP connector for AI assistants.
 
 2. User Rights and Responsibilities
 
 2.1 Account Access
 - You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
 - You are responsible for all activities under your account
 - You must be 13 years or older to use our services
 
 2.2 Acceptable Use
 - You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only
 - You will not attempt to scrape or mass download user data
 - You will respect the privacy of people whose public content appears in the service
 
 3. Service Tiers and Payment
 
 3.1 Free Tier
 - Limited access
 - No payment information required
 
 3.2 Premium Features
 - Full access to all features and data
 - Subscription-based payment required
 - Automatic renewal unless cancelled

 3.3 Refund Policy
 - All sales are final
 - No refunds will be provided under any circumstances
 - This includes partial refunds, pro-rated refunds, or subscription cancellations

 3.4 Payment Method Restrictions and Permanent Bans
 - Prepaid cards are NOT accepted for subscriptions or free trials
 - Only regular credit or debit cards are accepted for recurring payments
 - Prepaid cards ARE accepted for one-time lifetime purchases
 - Users who attempt to use prepaid cards for subscriptions/trials will be PERMANENTLY BANNED
 - Permanently banned users will have all future payment attempts automatically rejected and refunded
 - This permanent ban applies even if the user later attempts to use a valid credit/debit card
 - Attempting to use prepaid cards for recurring payments is considered fraudulent intent
 - There is NO appeal process for permanent bans due to prepaid card usage

 4. Data Usage and Privacy
 
 - We collect publicly available data, such as competitor websites, public reviews, search results and AI answer engine responses
 - User data collection is limited to name, email, and payment information

 5. Intellectual Property
 
 - All content and data analysis methods remain property of Linkeddit
 - Users may not redistribute or resell our data or analysis
