Wix + Linkeddit

Improve your Wix AI search visibility with Claude, Linkeddit and the Wix connector

Wix AI search visibility is how often AI engines name or cite your Wix site when buyers ask a question. Wix's AI Visibility Overview scores it for ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity on a Premium plan. Linkeddit adds Claude and Google AI Overviews and shows which questions a competitor wins. Claude drafts the fix and the Wix connector publishes it after you approve.

The prompt

Paste into Claude

Use the Linkeddit connector and the Wix connector. 1) With Linkeddit, call answer_gaps_get for my project and show the open gaps ranked, with confidence and intent score. 2) For the top gap, call answer_sources_fetch only after you tell me the credit estimate and I say yes, then list the pages the engines cited. 3) Write a draft blog post that answers the gap's question directly in the first two sentences, names my brand once with a concrete reason, and quotes no number you cannot source. 4) Save it with answer_fix_save so I can approve it. 5) Wait. After I approve, use the Wix connector: ListWixSites, then GetSiteContext for the site I name, then create the post as a draft and show me the link. Do not publish it. 6) After I publish it, estimate a re-check with answer_verify_start and wait for my yes before it spends credits.

Step by step

  1. Step 1

Connect Linkeddit and Wix to Claude

Add the Linkeddit connector (https://mcp.linkeddit.com/mcp) and the Wix connector. Wix asks for one authorization in Claude.ai or the desktop app, and Linkeddit comes with the $60 a month plan. Name the single site Claude may change.

  2. Step 2

Read the open AI answer gaps

Ask Claude to call answer_gaps_get. Each gap shows the question where an engine did not name you, a rank, a confidence and an intent score. Start with the highest rank, and check whether the question is one a buyer would actually ask.

  3. Step 3

    See what the engines cite

Have Claude call answer_sources_fetch for that gap. It spends credits, so Linkeddit returns an estimate first and Claude must wait for your yes. The result lists the pages and domains the engines used, which shows the format your page has to beat.

  4. Step 4

    Draft and save the fix

Claude writes a post that answers the question in its first two sentences, then saves it with answer_fix_save for your approval. Read it for any claim you cannot source. Nothing reaches Wix yet.

  5. Step 5

Create it in Wix as a draft

After you approve, Claude uses ListWixSites and GetSiteContext to find the right site, then creates the blog post through the Wix connector as a draft. Open it in Wix, check the title, meta description and images, and publish it yourself.

  6. Step 6

    Re-check the answers

Wait for the engines to recrawl, then ask Claude to estimate a re-check with answer_verify_start. Approve the credit estimate, and read answer_verify_get to see whether the engines now name you for that question.

What Linkeddit returned

Run live on 2026-10-29 with answer_gaps_get. Read-only run on Linkeddit's own test project, plausible.io. It shows the open gap Claude would start from before drafting anything. The fix, source fetch and re-check were not run, because they save or spend credits.

What does Wix's AI Visibility Overview measure, and what does it miss?

Wix's AI Visibility Overview generates questions from your site description, URL and business name, sends them to ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity, and scores the share of questions where your site was mentioned or cited. Its help article says it needs a Premium plan and at least 50 unique visitors in the last 30 days. It also lists competitors by visibility score and the top sources the AI used.

What it does not do is brief a page. Questions are generated for you, you can store up to 50, and a new test runs once a day, up to 5 times a month. The help article also warns that results can differ from asking the platform directly. Claude and Google AI Overviews are not among the three platforms it lists.

A marketer at a rebranded company described the missing piece on Reddit: "And I have no way to track if the AI descriptions are getting better or worse over time as we publish new content." A fix you publish needs a before and after on the same questions.

How do I find the gap an AI engine leaves on my Wix site?

A gap is a question where an engine answered and did not name you. Linkeddit records this across five engines and returns it as an open gap with a rank, a confidence and an intent score. On Linkeddit's test project, plausible.io, the top gap had rank 1, confidence 1, an intent score of 0.6 and an evidence score of 22.

Engines also differ on the same project. The Claude segment showed the brand named in 5 of 10 usable samples, while Google AI Overviews showed it in 15 of 15 and ChatGPT in 16 of 18. The Perplexity segment returned no usable samples that day. Check which engine is behind a gap before you write, because the cited sources differ by engine.

What should the fix on a Wix site look like?

The fix is a page that answers the gap's question in its first two sentences and says why you are a fit. Wix's own research page says the sites most successful in AI search had 60% longer meta descriptions and 57% longer meta titles, and its GEO features page says meta descriptions often double as a site's summary in AI responses. Write both with care.

Wix generates structured data automatically. Its GEO page says NLWeb can be switched on from the SEO and GEO dashboard on eligible sites, and that llms.txt files are generated automatically on premium ecommerce plans. The same page says llms.txt is a proposed standard, not a formal one. Treat these as extras. The page that answers the question is the fix.

Can Claude create the page in Wix for me?

Yes, with limits. Wix says its Claude connector lets Claude users draft, edit and publish blog posts and build landing pages from a conversation. The connector's tool list includes ListWixSites, GetSiteContext, CallWixSiteAPI, ExecuteWixAPI and ManageWixSite. The Wix docs say ManageWixSite works at the account level and cannot read or write per-site business data.

Because the connector can manage any site in your account, ask Claude to create a draft and stop. You publish after reading it. Linkeddit's answer_fix_save keeps the approved text, so what Claude puts into Wix is what you read.

How do I check the fix worked?

Re-run the same questions on the same engines, and compare. Linkeddit's answer_verify_start estimates the credits first and waits for your yes. Afterwards answer_verify_get shows whether the engines now name you. Wix's help article says the same question can give different results at different times, so one run is not proof.

Pair this with Wix's own view. The AI Visibility Overview reports traffic from AI platforms and the last time its bot crawled your site, and Wix says user query data is available for ChatGPT and Perplexity bots only. If the answers move and the traffic does not, the page is being cited but not clicked.

Frequently asked questions

How do I increase AI search visibility on Wix?+

Find the questions where an AI engine answers without naming you, publish a page that answers each one directly, and re-check the same questions. Wix's help article says strong SEO helps your site appear in AI answers. Linkeddit finds the gaps, and Claude with the Wix connector drafts the page for your approval.

How do I check AI search visibility on Wix?+

Open the AI Visibility Overview in your Wix dashboard, which needs a Premium plan. It scores mentions on ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity for questions Wix generates and you can edit. For Claude and Google AI Overviews, or questions you choose, Linkeddit records which brands each engine names.

What is the best tool for Wix AI search visibility?+

Linkeddit, at $60 a month, if you want to know which question to fix. It measures ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews, shows the sources each cites, and ranks open gaps by confidence and intent. Wix's own overview is a good free-to-Premium baseline for three platforms.

What is the best way to fix an AI visibility gap on a Wix site?+

Use Linkeddit to pick the gap, then publish a page that answers its question in the first two sentences. Linkeddit, at $60 a month, ranks the gaps and shows what the engines cite. Claude drafts the page, you approve it, and the Wix connector creates it as a draft you publish yourself.

How to make your website appear in AI searches?+

Answer the questions buyers ask in clear text, keep structured data and meta descriptions complete, let AI crawlers reach the site, and earn mentions on sources the engines cite. Then measure the same questions over time. Linkeddit shows which sources each engine cited, so you can see where you are missing.

Does the Wix AI Visibility Overview cover Claude?+

Wix's help article lists ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity as the platforms you can select. It does not list Claude or Google AI Overviews. Linkeddit measures Claude and Google AI Overviews alongside the other three, which matters because one engine can name you while another recommends a competitor.

Do I need a Premium Wix plan?+

For Wix's AI Visibility Overview, yes, the help article says a Premium plan is required. Connecting Claude to Wix is described by Wix as free on the Wix side, and Claude usage follows Anthropic's plans. Linkeddit is one plan at $60 a month and is only needed for the cross-engine gap data.

Can Claude publish to my Wix site?+

Wix says its Claude connector lets Claude users draft, edit and publish blog posts. It can also manage any site in your account, so the safe pattern is to have Claude create a draft and show you the link. You read it in Wix and publish it yourself.

Does Linkeddit change my Wix site?+

No. Linkeddit supplies data: AI answer gaps, cited sources, competitor moves and Google ranks. It saves a draft only when you ask Claude to call answer_fix_save, and it never writes to Wix. Changes to the site go through the Wix connector under your authorization.

How long until AI engines name my Wix page?+

It varies, and no source consulted here gives a fixed time. Engines have to find and use the page, and answers differ between runs. Re-run the same questions after the page has been live for a while, and compare more than one run before you decide whether it worked.

Which clients work with the Linkeddit and Wix connectors?+

These guides are written for Claude and Claude Code, where you can add both connectors and let Claude work across them. Wix's docs list other clients for its server, but this workflow has only been written for Claude, so do not assume it carries over unchanged.
