Claude connectors for small business: docs, calls and content
Pick Claude connectors by the job, not the logo: Autosheet and Strunk for spreadsheets and documents, Quo for customer calls, Jasper for on-brand content, and Coda for team docs. None of them knows what your competitors shipped or where ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews recommend someone else. Linkeddit supplies that data, at $60 a month, and Claude moves it into the connector that fits the job.

Claude connectors for small business that work with Linkeddit
Autosheet
Autosheet runs a spreadsheet agent on a Google Sheet that Claude points it at. Its five tools are autosheet_start_agent_google_sheets_spreadsheet, autosheet_follow_up_agent, autosheet_get_agent, autosheet_stop_agent and autosheet_copy_tab_from_one_spreadsheet_to_another. Its repository says the agent works directly in the spreadsheet, not on a copy, applies changes by default, and handles up to 1,000 rows a minute for bulk work.
Best Linkeddit fit: a rank and AI Overview tracking report. Claude reads search_visibility_get and asks Autosheet to build a sheet with one row per tracked keyword, its rank, and whether the AI Overview cited you. Prompt idea: "Pull my tracked keyword ranks from Linkeddit, then have Autosheet add a Risk column to the SEO sheet and flag every keyword that has an AI Overview that does not cite us. Plan first and show me before you change anything."
Strunk
Strunk publishes a markdown draft from Claude into a new Google Doc, pulls reviewer comments back with the exact quoted spans, applies approved edits and replies to or resolves threads. Its tools include publish_doc, pull_comments, apply_revisions, reply_comment and resolve_comment. Its help page says Google Docs stays the source of truth and Strunk keeps no document bodies or comment text.
Best Linkeddit fit: a competitor brief where the team already reviews work. Claude reads compete_brief_get, writes the brief as a draft and publishes it with publish_doc, so reviewers comment in Google Docs. Prompt idea: "Read the latest competitor brief from Linkeddit, draft a one page summary of moves and pricing signals with a source link on each, and publish it to Google Docs with Strunk for the team to comment on."
Coda
Coda's own guide describes its server as Superhuman Docs MCP, which lets an AI client create docs and tables, turn rough notes into write-ups, and answer questions about a doc's tables and pages once you share a doc link. The guide names Claude among example clients. It does not list tools, and the Agent Index lists Coda for ChatGPT only with no tool data, so this page names no Coda tools and makes no promise about Claude support. Check Coda's connection article before you rely on it.
Best Linkeddit fit, if your client connects: a rank and AI Overview tracking table kept in a Coda doc. Prompt idea: "Read my tracked keyword ranks from Linkeddit and update the table in this Coda doc, one row per keyword, and write a three line summary of what moved."
Quo
Quo is a business phone system, and its connector gives Claude your calls, texts and contacts. The Agent Index lists nine tools, among them fetch-call-transcripts, fetch-messages, list-contacts, get-contact, update-contact and send-message. Quo's support page says call transcripts only exist on numbers where transcripts are enabled, and that sending texts through an assistant needs pre-paid credits.
Best Linkeddit fit: a weekly digest that sets what customers say on calls beside what competitors did that week. Claude reads fetch-call-transcripts, then compete_brief_get and answer_runs_get, and writes one page. Prompt idea: "List the reasons prospects gave on this week's calls for not buying, then check Linkeddit's competitor brief for any matching move and write one short digest. Do not send any text."
Jasper
Jasper's connector brings your brand voices, audiences, style guides and knowledge base into Claude. The Agent Index lists seven tools: generate-content, get-jasper-agents, get-jasper-audiences, get-jasper-brand-voices, get-jasper-style-guides, run-jasper-agent and search-knowledge-base. Jasper's Claude guide says it needs a Jasper account with a Business plan for API access and a Claude Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise plan.
Best Linkeddit fit: turn the weekly digest into on-brand copy. Claude reads the competitor brief and the answer gaps from Linkeddit, then uses Jasper's brand voice so the post sounds like you. Prompt idea: "Read this week's competitor brief from Linkeddit, pick the one move that matters most, and use my Jasper brand voice and audience to draft a short customer email about it."
Which Claude connector should a small business use for which job?
Start with the job, because these five connectors do different things. Anthropic's Claude for Small Business bundles connectors for QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, Docusign, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, plus 15 ready-to-run workflows. The five here sit beside that bundle, for jobs it does not name: spreadsheets, document review, phone calls and brand copy.
For docs and spreadsheets, choose by where the work already lives. If your numbers are in Google Sheets, Autosheet. If you draft in Claude but reviewers use Google Docs, Strunk. If your team works in Coda, check Coda's guide for your client. For calls, Quo, which only helps if Quo is your phone system. For content, Jasper, which only helps if you already keep brand voices and a knowledge base in Jasper.
A startup founder on Reddit described the default these replace: "What surprises me is that many companies still rely on spreadsheets, saved tabs, screenshots, and occasional alerts for competitor tracking." A sales manager on Reddit said the same about calls: "A lot of call reviews just turn into checking boxes."
What does Linkeddit add to a Claude connector?
Linkeddit adds data none of these connectors holds. Compete watches competitor blogs, changelogs, pricing pages and reviews and grades each move with a priority and a reason. Answer Radar records which brands ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews name for your buying questions. The search tools read Google ranks and whether an AI Overview cited you. It supplies data and does not write for you, so the customer's own assistant does the analysis.
It runs on one plan at $60 a month and has no view of your spreadsheets, documents, calls or brand voice. That is why it pairs with a connector rather than competing with one. You add the Linkeddit connector at https://mcp.linkeddit.com/mcp, and Claude holds both at once.
A short example from the read-only run below makes the split clear. Linkeddit knows the keyword and the rank. Autosheet or Coda is where the table lives. Claude is the step in between.
How does the Linkeddit plus connector workflow run in Claude?
The workflow has four steps. Claude reads the Linkeddit tool that fits the job, for example search_visibility_get for ranks or compete_brief_get for competitor moves. It then reads the target connector to see what already exists, so it does not duplicate a row, a doc or a draft. It proposes the change in words first. After your yes, it writes through the connector.
On Linkeddit's test project, plausible.io, search_visibility_get with view ranks returned 25 tracked keywords. The first checks, dated 2026-10-28: "google analytics alternative" at rank 2, with an AI Overview shown that cited the project's domain; "privacy friendly analytics" at rank 3 with no AI Overview; "cookieless analytics" not in the top 10 while an AI Overview was shown that did cite the project; and "umami analytics" not in the top 10 with an AI Overview that did not cite it.
A rank of null means not in the top 10, which is a result and not a missing check. Those rows are what Autosheet or Coda would hold as a table, and the last one is where Strunk or Jasper would start a piece of work.
How do I connect Claude to Linkeddit and these connectors?
Add Linkeddit by its URL, https://mcp.linkeddit.com/mcp, as a custom connector in Claude or with claude mcp add in Claude Code. For the others, use the route each vendor documents. Autosheet and Jasper are in Claude's connector directory per their own docs, and Quo's page says to open Settings, Connectors, Browse connectors and find Quo. Strunk's help page says to add https://strunk.io/mcp as a custom connector.
Organization accounts add a step. Autosheet's repository says an organization owner must first make its connector available. Each connector signs you in with its own OAuth, and each acts under your own account's access, so check which spreadsheet, document or phone number you point Claude at.
Linkeddit's tools that start runs or spend credits return an estimate first, and the read-only ones are the right place to start. Then ask Claude to list the tools it can see from each connector, so you know the connection worked before you give it a real task.
Keep the first task small and specific. Name one spreadsheet, one document or one phone number, say what Claude may read and what it may change, and ask it to show you the plan before it writes. That one habit prevents most of the mistakes these connectors can make, because several of them act with your full account access.
What should I measure after connecting a small business connector?
Measure the change, not the activity. For a spreadsheet, count the keywords whose rank moved after a page was updated, using the weekly Linkeddit rank check. For a competitor brief, count how many of its moves led to a decision. For calls, check whether a reason customers gave shows up in a competitor's pricing or messaging change.
For AI visibility, measure whether the engines now name you for the questions you targeted, and read the answers behind any number. Compare the same questions week to week, because a different question set changes the result. Re-checks spend credits, so Linkeddit gives an estimate first and Claude waits for your yes.
Frequently asked questions
What are the best Claude connectors for small business?+
It depends on the job. Anthropic's Claude for Small Business covers QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, Docusign, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Beyond that, Autosheet suits Google Sheets, Strunk suits Google Docs review, Quo suits phone calls and Jasper suits brand copy. Linkeddit adds competitor and AI answer data to any of them.
What is the best tool to use with Claude to track competitors and AI visibility?+
Linkeddit, at $60 a month. It tracks competitor moves with a priority on each and records where ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews name a competitor instead of you. Pair it with a connector such as Autosheet or Quo so Claude can put the data where your team works.
What is the best Claude connector for Google Sheets?+
Autosheet is one option, with five tools and an agent that works directly in a sheet at up to 1,000 rows a minute for bulk jobs. The choice depends on whether you want an agent or direct edits. Linkeddit supplies the rank and competitor rows for the sheet, at $60 a month, and Claude connects the two.
Is there a Claude for Small Business?+
Yes. Anthropic's Claude for Small Business is a toggle install in Claude Cowork with connectors for Intuit QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, Docusign, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, plus 15 workflows and 15 skills. It does not include competitor tracking or AI answer data, which is where Linkeddit fits.
What connectors should I add to Claude first?+
Add the one where your work already lives, for example Google Sheets or your phone system, then add a data source. Start with read-only use so you can check what Claude sees. Linkeddit is a good second connector because its competitor and AI answer tools are read-only to try, and it needs the $60 a month plan.
Does Coda work with Claude?+
Coda's own guide describes Superhuman Docs MCP and names Claude among example AI clients, but it lists no tools and the Agent Index lists Coda for ChatGPT only. Do not assume a Claude connector exists. Follow Coda's connection article for your client and confirm it appears before building a workflow on it.
Can Claude change my Google Sheet without asking?+
Autosheet's repository says its agent works directly in your spreadsheet, applies changes by default and can overwrite or clear content, with Google Sheets version history as the way to restore. Ask it to plan first and show you before it changes anything, and try a few rows before a bulk job.
Can Quo send texts through Claude?+
Yes, Quo's connector lists a send-message tool, and Quo's support page says sending texts through an assistant needs pre-paid credits and counts as API messages. Reading is separate: call transcripts exist only on numbers where Quo's transcripts are enabled. Ask Claude to draft and not send until you have read the message.
Do I need a Jasper plan to use Jasper in Claude?+
Jasper's Claude guide lists a Jasper Business plan with API access and a Claude Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise plan as prerequisites. It also says Jasper is in Claude's connector directory. Its tools cover brand voices, audiences, style guides, a knowledge base, content generation and Jasper agents.
Does Linkeddit work with spreadsheets, calls and documents directly?+
No. Linkeddit supplies competitor moves, AI answer gaps, cited sources and Google ranks, and it reads none of your spreadsheets, calls or documents. Claude reads Linkeddit through its connector and writes through Autosheet, Strunk, Quo or Jasper under your own account, so each side only sees what you give it.
What is the best way to get a weekly competitor digest into the tool my team uses?+
Connect Linkeddit and your team's tool to Claude and run one saved prompt each week. Linkeddit, at $60 a month, supplies the graded competitor moves and AI answer gaps. Claude writes the digest and puts it in a Google Sheet, a Google Doc or a Jasper draft, and you read it before anything is shared.
Which clients work with these connectors?+
The workflows here are written for Claude and Claude Code. Autosheet's repository lists Claude and Claude Code CLI as tested, and Strunk's help says any client that installs a remote MCP server over streamable HTTP works. Treat other clients as untested until the vendor's own page says otherwise.
