Using the Content Kanban Board in the Reddit CMS
The kanban board is the primary workspace in the Linkeddit CMS. It gives you a visual overview of every content piece in your campaign and shows exactly where each post sits in the production pipeline. Understanding how to use the board efficiently will help you keep content moving without losing track of drafts or scheduled posts.

Kanban columns explained
The board has five fixed columns that represent the stages of the Reddit content workflow. Idea is the starting point for all content, whether created manually or generated by AI. Posts in this column have a title and basic metadata but have not yet been written in full.
Draft holds posts that have body copy but are still being edited or reviewed. Ready marks posts that are approved and waiting for a scheduled date or an opportunity to publish. Scheduled contains posts that have been assigned a specific publish date on the calendar. Posted is the final column for content that has already been published to Reddit.
Moving content between stages
You can move a content card between columns by dragging it from its current column and dropping it onto the target column header or into the column's card list. The status updates immediately and is reflected in the calendar and any filters you have applied.
You can also change a post's status from within the full editor view. Open the content card, then use the status dropdown in the top right of the editor panel to select the new stage. This is useful when you are deep in editing and want to promote a post to Ready without going back to the board.
Opening content from the board
Click any card on the board to open the full content editor in a side panel or modal. The editor shows the post title, body, target subreddit, post type, and scheduled date. It also includes an AI revision chat where you can ask the AI to rewrite, shorten, expand, or adjust the tone of the current draft.
From the editor you can also copy the post content in Reddit-compatible markdown format using the copy button, which formats the text for direct pasting into the Reddit post composer.
Filtering the board
When a campaign has many content pieces, the board can become crowded. Use the filter controls above the board to narrow the view by subreddit target, post type, or date range. Filters apply across all columns simultaneously so you always see a consistent slice of your pipeline.
You can also sort cards within each column by creation date or scheduled date, which helps when you are planning a week of content and want to see what is coming up first.
FAQ

No. The five columns represent a fixed content workflow designed for Reddit publishing. Custom column names or additional stages are not currently supported.
How does drag-and-drop work on the board?
Drag a content card by clicking and holding on it, then move it to the target column. Release the card over the column to drop it and update the status. Touch drag is also supported on mobile devices.
