Getting Started with the Reddit CMS
The Linkeddit Reddit CMS gives you a structured workspace to plan, generate, and manage Reddit content across multiple campaigns. This guide walks you through accessing the tool, understanding its layout, and running your first content workflow from start to finish.

Accessing the CMS
Once you are logged into Linkeddit, navigate to the CMS via the top navigation bar or by visiting /cms directly. The CMS is available to all plan tiers, though the number of campaigns and content pieces you can create depends on your subscription level.
On your first visit, you will land on the campaign overview screen. If you have not created a campaign yet, you will see a prompt to create your first one. Campaigns are the top-level container for all CMS work, grouping subreddit targets, content pieces, and research into one organized space.
Understanding the dashboard layout
The CMS dashboard is organized around campaigns. Each campaign has its own kanban board, content calendar, subreddit targets list, and research tab. You switch between campaigns using the campaign selector in the left sidebar or the top dropdown.
Within a campaign, the main tabs are Board (kanban), Calendar, Targets (subreddits), and Research. The Board is where most content creation happens. The Calendar gives you a time-based view of scheduled and published posts. Targets lets you manage which subreddits you are creating content for. Research holds all the analysis reports you generate.
Your first campaign
To get started, click the New Campaign button and fill in the required fields: campaign name, product overview, and goal overview. These three fields are used by the AI at every stage of content generation, so the more specific you are, the better the outputs will be.
After saving your campaign, add at least one subreddit target. Subreddit targets tell the CMS where you plan to post, and each one can have its own posting guidelines and notes. With a campaign and a subreddit target in place, you are ready to start generating content.
The content workflow
Content in the CMS moves through five stages: Idea, Draft, Ready, Scheduled, and Posted. You can create new content ideas manually, generate them with AI, or derive them from research reports. Once a piece reaches the Draft stage, the full editor opens with formatting tools and an AI revision chat.
When a post is ready to go live, move it to the Ready column, then schedule it by assigning a date. The Calendar view will show all scheduled content so you can spot gaps or cluster posts intentionally. After posting on Reddit, mark the piece as Posted to keep your pipeline accurate.
FAQ
Do I need a separate subscription to use the CMS?
No. The Reddit CMS is included in all Linkeddit plans. Free accounts can create one campaign with a limited number of content pieces, while Pro accounts unlock higher limits.
How many campaigns can I create?
The number of campaigns depends on your plan tier. Free accounts are limited to one campaign. Pro accounts can create unlimited campaigns. See the CMS tier limits guide for a full breakdown.
Can I import existing content into the CMS?
Not yet. Currently all content is created within the CMS via manual entry or AI generation. Import from external sources is on the roadmap.
