Install the Linkeddit app in ChatGPT

Linkeddit is an approved app in the ChatGPT plugin directory, listed as "Linkeddit: Demand and competitor intel" under Business & Operations. Install it from the official listing; there is no URL, Client ID or developer mode to set up.

Open Linkeddit in ChatGPT

  1. Open the Linkeddit listing in ChatGPT (button above), or go to Settings, then Plugins, and search for Linkeddit.
  2. Select Install plugin, then Connect.
  3. Sign in with your Linkeddit account and approve access. Your account needs the Compete plan.
  4. In any chat, type @Linkeddit or pick it from the + menu, then ask a question.
Workspace accounts (ChatGPT Business, Enterprise, Edu): if Linkeddit shows Disabled by admin, an administrator has to allow it under Plugins in the OpenAI Admin Console first.

Manage or disconnect

  • Settings, then Plugins, then Linkeddit: change when ChatGPT asks before acting, or disconnect.
  • Disconnecting stops ChatGPT reaching your account. Your Linkeddit projects, results and saved drafts stay in the web app.
